We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service.
This position reports to our Learning and Development Manager.
Work authorization for this location is required.
Responsibilities Deliver workplace leaning and support a learning culture for all employees to ensure employees are trained on the needed skills to successfully perform their jobs to attain service excellence.
Provide support and clerical expertise to the Learning Manager and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee and vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.
Knowledge and Skills Education:
A university degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Learning & Development role or equivalent; Experience in adult education or a similar environment; Experience in hotel operations, preferably luxury hospitality or other service environments.
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication skills Facilitation and public speaking skills Event planning skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 0365 Learning technologies, such as e-learning options and distance learning Key Competencies:
